Dumpling Festival is coming. There're some celebration thing going on at waterloo street. And I saw this.


How came about Dumpling Festival....

And what the hell does that mean? *shakes head* It's so embarassing when some tourist came up to look at the board, before walking off laughing.



Furthermore this Dumpling Festival event is organized by gahmen and supported by Uniquely Singapore. They do not have people who speak proper english over at the Community Center?

Well, you can argue that the organizer are not in charged of putting up these decorations and stuff. But shouldn't there be some quality control officer? Like he would be on site during the setting up of the boards, tents etc. And that "How came about Dumpling Festival" mistake should have been corrected there and then!

Talk about "Speak Good English"...............
